As the President and General Manager, Wes defines the company’s overall strategy and operations. He has been part of the ownership and management since the organization’s launch. In addition to his leadership role, Wes is also responsible for the sales and marketing operations.

Prior to the start up of HL Group, Wes held sales, business development and management positions at leading technology firms Texas Instruments, Wang Laboratories and Intermec Technologies. His experience included close working relationships with selling partners, system integrators and ERP companies to achieve mutual success. Wes received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Missouri State University.

Dave oversees the technical aspects of all HL Group’s customer and partner engagements. He leads the requirements study, solution design and development phase of all projects, in addition to managing the customer support operations and internal IT staff. Dave provides support to HL Group’s sales and marketing efforts through the definition of high-level solution concepts.

Dave joined the team in 2003, with 15 years of experience in end-user solutions including automated data collection technology, warehouse management and document imaging. He held a variety of development, consulting and management roles at DataPort/Lowry Computer Products, Intermec Technologies and NuParadigm. Dave holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

As Director of Client Services, Anne is responsible for account and project engagement management for HL Group’s solution delivery efforts. She heads up the overall strategy and administration of solution delivery, ongoing client relationships, and has an active role in the marketing HL Group solutions.

Before joining HL Group in 2001, Anne spent six years with Cardiff Software defining consulting best practices, solution strategy and account management. Prior to Cardiff, Anne worked as a programmer for West Publishing Company developing ancillary tools for education publications and conducting data conversions for state statute print publications. Anne has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and holds a degree in Economics and Math from Macalester College.
